Arrival, Dismissal, Tardy

Arrival

School start time: 7:50 a.m.

 

CAR RIDERS - ARRIVAL

Arrival Plan:

 

  • Enter the parking lot in a single line, changing to a double line, beginning at 7:30 am
  • Follow the lot around the entire building until you're asked to stop along the front side
  • Students will remain in vehicle until greeted by staff/safety patrol
  • Students will exit vehicle & enter the school in one of the four open doors along the cafeteria/multipurpose rooms
  • Do not let your student exit vehicle without staff/safety patrol assistance
  • Once all vehicles are unloaded, staff will direct traffic to exit the parking lot, please be prepared to exit quickly so that another round of vehicles can pull through

WALKERS / BIKE RIDERS - ARRIVAL 

  • Arrival - walk along the sidewalk in front of the building and enter the multipurpose room doors. Bikes need to be locked up at the bike rack next to the gym.
  • Please do not send your student(s) until the doors open at 7:35 am

     

     

BUS & DAYCARE - ARRIVAL

All buses & daycares will follow the map above for arrival & dismissal.

 

  • Enter the school parking lot
  • Turn right into the pass-thru driveway
  • Stop along the sidewalk to dismiss students to staff
  • Students will enter/exit school at the ramp & proceed to designated areas

 

Dismissal 

End of day 3:20 p.m. 

 

 

 

CAR RIDERS - DISMISSAL

 

Dismissal Plan:

 

  • PK: Enter the parking lot in a single line and remain in one line, beginning at 2:00 pm
  • K-5: Enter the parking lot in a single line, changing to a double line, beginning at 2:45 pm
  • Follow the lot around the entire building until you're asked to stop along the front side
  • Have your car tag(s) visible in your window
  • Staff will enter pickup #s in our system
  • Students will be dismissed to vehicle & guided by staff out one of the four open doors along the cafeteria/multipurpose room
  • PK Students will be loaded in cars by staff members, parents do not exit your vehicle
  • Once all vehicles are loaded, staff will direct traffic to exit the parking lot, please be prepared to exit quickly so that another round of vehicles can pull through

 

WALKERS / BIKE RIDERS - DISMISSAL

  • Dismissal - parents choosing to park and walk up for dismissal will pickup students at the lower North door. Parents must park on Gray Hills and walk to meet students. Students will be dismissed by staff. Independent walkers/bike riders will be dismissed after parents have picked up walkers.

 

BUS & DAYCARE - DISMISSAL

Tardies

If your bobcat is tardy, you MUST park & walk your student(s) into the front office. A tardy means that you arrive after the arrival line has ended & staff has returned inside. Please DO NOT drop your student(s) on the curb to enter the multipurpose room. PARK & COME TO THE FRONT OFFICE!

 

School Begins: 7:50 AM

Tardy Bell Rings: 7:55 AM

 

Early Dismissal

 

Students may be picked up for an early dismissal at any time. Please park in the visitor parking lot in the front of the school. Then you will enter the front of school and report to the front office with your ID.
